Information Collection & Use

Tickets for Charity, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on Tickets-for-Charity.com (the “Site”). Tickets for Charity, LLC collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our website.

Orders. If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

In addition, unless you otherwise elect to opt-out, we may forward your name, address and email address to those charities to which you have selected to direct a payment. You may opt-out of providing this information to the applicable charities by emailing us at privacy@tickets-for-charity.com.

Sweepstakes. From time to time, we may have a sweepstakes offering. If you choose to enter a sweepstakes, we require certain personally identifiable information from you on our entry form (such as name and email address).  We will use this information to contact you if you are a winner in the sweepstakes.  In addition, we may use this information to contact you about services on our Site.  Also, unless you otherwise elect to opt-out, we may forward your name and/or e-mail address to a charity sponsor of the sweepstakes you entered. You may opt-out of receiving such further communications by emailing us at privacy@tickets-for-charity.com.

Uses of Information. We share your name, address, email address and the amount of the applicable payment with the charities to which you direct payment in connection with your purchase of products or services on this website to facilitate their acknowledgement of your payment. Although we are required to provide this information to our partner charities in connection with your donation, you may opt-out of receiving future communications (beyond the initial acknowledgement) from your selected charities by emailing us at privacy@tickets-for-charity.com.

Communications from the Site

Newsletters, Special Offers and Updates. We will occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals and promotions. You may opt-out of receiving these types of communications by emailing us at privacy@tickets-for-charity.com.

Service-Related Announcements. We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.

Customer Service. We will communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone.

Profile. We store information that we collect through cookies and log files to create a "profile" of your preferences. We do tie your personally identifiable information, and your order history, to information in the profile, in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve the content of the Site for you.
